This home is automated right from its entrance with its roller shutter operating using the owners location tracker, opening the shutter when close to it and closing it automatically when 5 meters away.

All other regular lighting, heating fan’s, AC’s TV, Audio and entertainment systems are all connected to all 3, Google, Alexa and Siri voice assistants.

additionally this home is also programmed for routine tasks switching lights on and off on a daily schedule and even watering its plants through automated sprinklers installed on the Balcony.
